At Popstar Labs, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
